<Foundations PE>
In this class students will perform exercise and sport type movements to ensure life-long health and fitness. Students will also partake in health classes as well. More information can be found in the <Link to Class Syllabus>.
<Tahoma Flow>
In this class students will be performing different areas of movement that enhance their 5 components of fitness including flexibility, muscular strength, endurance as well as cardio respiratory endurance. We will also focus on mental health where we explore all the different options to de-stress and find relaxation. More information can be found in the <Link to Class Syllabus>.
